To have in CH2 more interesting it would be good to have funnier scenes and avoid the drama that pervades this new chapter.

A quick weekly progress update is here.

Another little spoiler of a scene to come. As Anna has to find more partners to expand her business and find new distributors she will do anything in her power This time John will take her for a spin and introduce her to some of his friends. Some of you might remember them from Chapter 1. Anyway, Anna is dressed to impress them and get what she wants Some of you might remember this outfit from Wallpaper I made a long time ago

I want to apologize but I decided to postpone the Bar's scene this time as it's planned to be quite long and some other scenes need to be squeezed in too to move the plot forward.

I'm glad of the progress and most renders, so I also aim to release the update at the end of November or early December.

The current scene with John is part of the content connected to Sergey and Earl. He's introducing Anna to some friends, who will help her sell Sergey's drugs. Whilst the content with the East Asia Conglomerate is part of the 'Jeremy alive' or 'Jeremy dead' work path. Obviously, Sergey isn't featuring much presently, because on one path he's in prison and on the other he's in hiding. Similarly, Earl has died on one of those paths and on the other he successfully arrested Sergey and Carl, so a large chunk of his storyline was completed. And Jeremy hasn't featured so much, because other characters like the Asians, Arabs, Africans and other board members, have since been added to the company storyline.

Also during Chapter 1, Anna was Jeremy's PA, so it made sense that she would see him on most work days. But since she's started managing her own department, she doesn't need to interact with him quite as much.

the fact is simple: Anna will get to command Jercomp and even if Jeremy is dead nothing changes, because she will follow Jeremy's instructions as if he were alive (you see it in the CH1 scene I posted previously ... and Zara answered me some time ago about Deep's motivation (I can't find her post now) but she had written something similar:
"Deep doesn't want to create completely incompatible paths this would require many different scenes that would have to be used only for a single path and that would extend the game realization time a lot. From this we can see that almost all scenes are visible in all paths.

To my mind this is the main limitation in such a complex story and with paths of important characters who are alive and dead on the same day in different paths made me decide to choose only one path to follow which is Jeremy's for coherence with the S&M tag and Sergey's for loyalty to Anna's sister's family...I chose to ask help to Carl because at that time he seemed loyal with Rebecca and Sergey. (this is my main path)

but... backing to my opinion..

Anna will also become the boss of Sergey's organization and the whole Sun City that is why one year ago in this post I doubted that Earl was really dead...in fact the dev put an FBI Agent in his place and I never believed that asking for help to a corrupt cop like Earl could be an option. (maybe Anna fucked Earl (but... why she has better meat to insert in her holes)

In any case I hope that Deep with the next season starts dividing the different paths more sharply to avoid having old-fashioned endings that close the story hastily leaving many open questions unanswered...
for me the story at this point of evolution requires different paths that can satisfy the various demands without creating chaos and mixed paths that conflict creating inconsistency... and a good system would be the one used by Void Star with his Pandora Box... but he has three protagonists and so he separates the story by creating stories that feature one of the three at a time that are supposed to meet at the end creating a single ending of reunited family... instead Deep should first create a season where he separates the 2 main paths:
1) Jeremy alive with Sergey and Earl dead.
2) Jeremy dead and Earl alive.While continuing to keep Andrew as Anna's boyfriend....
And then make a new season with the possible path of Anna leaving Andrew... although this to me seems stupid and unrealistic and in any case it will never be my path...because without the humor scenes created by the comedy where he is the boyfriend pretending not to understand that Anna is fucking other people...it would all be less funny

In the end, I hope Deep doesn't create those stupid endings typical of RPGM games that I think are outdated and not compatible with the trend that new technologies offer today in the world of games

It’s been two or three updates since a character I have any interest in has been featured, and every event seems to be a public orgy of some kind anymore. Meh.

The only way you could officially confirm anything, would be by being one of the Devs. You're not a Dev, so it's just your opinion and nothing more. All you seem to do, is say negative things about this game. Which makes me wonder, why you want to play it at all? If I was as constantly pissed off, as you seem to be, I would have moved on long ago.

Virtually everything that happens in the game, has been previously set up. I just don't think your paying attention. Probably because it's inconvenient to the theme of negativity that you seem eager to promote.
