You can actually resist Jeremy right at the start of the game, and afterwards nothing much happens between him and Anna. He'll keep trying to make her do naughty stuff, but if she stays strong he always backs down. This route of course, means virtually no sex content in the office, and Diane ends up bearing the brunt of his harassment instead. This is proof that Jeremy is nothing more than a bully. He pretends to be this really dominant guy, but if Anna stands up for herself, he just gives in, and switches his attention instead to the already broken Diane.
Most of Chapter 1 is very linear, with most choices barely affecting the storyline at all. But once Chapter 2 starts, you are asked to say how you acted with various characters, which locks you in or out of their future content. So even though it might not impact Chapter 1 very much, it will as soon as Chapter 2 starts. You could of course change your mind at this point, but denying that something never took place, when it actually did, seems rather stupid to me.

yeah but I was more referring to how he still forces her to be a slut with the Chinese businessmen and I think there was a BDSM scene in Ch 2 you still have to do if you pick the option saying you resisted him. At least that's what happened on the save I picked that option unless I messed up somewhere I was unaware of.
Both of those scenes were bugged content. Anna is supposed to be able to turn down the Chinese businessmen and tell Jeremy to fuck off when he tries to bully her into the BDSM scene. Plus, the 'forced' BDSM scene only seemed to have affected people, who'd made certain choices, because I certainly had the option to resist him, and played out a short scene where Anna goes straight home. But I know other people on Discord, who were given no option with that scene. It's possible both of those scenes have since been corrected, because on a recent playthrough I noticed some other scenes earlier in Chapter 2, which previously didn't make any sense, have since been altered.
Your problem is, you make a lot of choices, that the vast majority of people don't. Therefore, you're much more likely to come across bugged content that hasn't been previously flagged or at least very little. Because I'm a completionist, I often come across bugs that the Devs have not previously been made aware of. But there are now so many combinations of different choices in this game, that it's impossible for one person or even a fair number of people like me, to find all the possible bugs. That's why they keep turning up. And if they don't get corrected early enough, they often create more bugs further down the line.

any fix for this arror? i deleted all save including in appdata... but it still error at this scene

I downloaded the VN version just fresh and the four last replays are locked for me.
Alternative solution: As OP mentioned there are two save files for the last chapter. Just start them up and hold CTRL.

Anyone know how to get into the clothing shop to find the collectible card there? Every time I try to go there I'm told, "I would go in if I had the time." or "I don't need to go there right now."

Any reason to play sandbox over VN? i much prefer VN style games but im curious if sandbox has more content or just flows better.

The sandbox has some collectibles to discover. That's pretty much the only additional content. Not sure why the Devs stopped adding those, since that was the main plus of having the sandbox version? The sandbox also has a glossary with additional information about the characters, and tells you how much corruption Anna currently has, and how much money she has in her bank account. Not sure why the glossary wasn't added to the VN version as well? It would have been relatively simple to add a drop down box. Some people also like having the map, so they can get an idea of where the various locations are in Sun City.
