it is not a mystery that for example Zara and those who play the dominant pathway focus a lot on a pathway that was not there in CH1 to understand that Anna has always pretended to be submissive when she met powerful men... Anna quickly learns how to deal with men who think they are superior to her sge knows how to deal with bullies.. she loves being fucked but at the righy moment... bullies money are in the Anna pocket
!!! .... instead with old men. hobos, with penniless boys she is immediately willing to make them happy by fucking them if required... but in the dialogues it is understandable that she is meditating her revenge to take the place of that powerful menI who have always followed the path where Anna has accepted being submissive instead know things and dialogues that those who follow the opposite path
In CH1 there is no submissive or dominant path... she is submissive with powerful men and a loving girl with hobos and penniless boys.
There will be good and bad endings to each path as befits the stories of the best VNs
That is the greatness of this story
But speaking of Mafia Bosses distributing drugs in big Cities like Sun City as is the case in for Sergey and for Anna that is taking his place...
Sergey is not an addict with cocaine addiction.. no one becomes a mob boss by getting high using the drugs they distribute. addicts end up down the rabbit hole as you say. you are right that this path would lead Anna to ruin...
But bosses only sample the batch they have to sell...sometimes they have parties and use it...but when Anna wonders if she is building her empire it is because she is an expert accountant and understands the great earning potential of the business Sergey runs...
She is becoming the boss of that organization will never become a stupid junkie who fucks to buy the drugs she needs....
bosses use briefcases with chemical solutions to test the quality of the drugs they buy... but Anna can deal with expert bosses
Remember what Anna had to do to get Fitzgerald to taste the cocaine with his own nose????

But Anna is learning fast bc she is not stupid like whores who use cocaine to the point of bashing their brains in... and begin to fall out with prostitution to buy drug doses.. Anna is good at giving accounts... She is good at giving accounts...so she will make millions of dollars now that she has taken Sergey's place with the approval of Sergey's bosses and especially with FBI agent Silva who is now no longer interested in Sergey organization...now the FBI agent is interested in catching the real mob bosses Sergey...is interested in catching the real mob bosses with Anna help.
but back to CH1 scene:

The choices I make in my path lead to Anna's total victory...but then what would be the point of making her a prostitute who has sex for money and buy drugs.. from which dealer? Michael? Sergey?,,, Or what does she do? injects all the drugs from Sergey's stash and then doesn't pay up?.... But come on would that make sense to you?
She fucks everybody in any case but she never does it for the money.... she does it to help her career in business and to make sure that her dearest loves like Andrew and Rebecca are safe....
Anna will become the empress of the city without needing anyone's help...because she is what the bullies don't expect...she pretends to submit and takes pleasure in doing so because she knows that one day her revenge will come.... She will dominate everyone and choose to do S&M role-plays with Jeremy just for her own pleasure... Anna loves to be SPANKED HARD!

But you all have to play the CH1... bc the CH2 is just the continuation of the main story that starts in CH1:

of course I am not sure if this ending will really be there...Only Deepsleep knows how the endings will be...but I hope so much that there will be among the others the ending that for me would make this story perfect... you are free to think as you want... I'm not trying to change your mind...
