Is theree a mod that helps me track in-game which Epi. I'm doing? For a while I was using URM but it was too complicated. Could I decompile Scripts.rpa and write the Episode into the script?

I played the game again and tried to replicate your route, with both Jeremy and Patrick dead and Anna rejecting Rebecca with the porn session, and the only error I got was the reference to Patrick when Anna and Emily talk about the bar, even though he is dead.
The above was in the VN version, which is the one I usually play, the sandbox version I only play when a new update is released. So I don't know what happens in the sandbox version.

I despise Sandboxes so this is also in the VN version, fresh download and new route.
As for the Jeremy-Dress scene...when the script codes where to send you (when walking down road..5 options iirc dependant on flags) there is literally nothing in the script referencing the very first decision taken in Ch2 when talking to Diana (which determines whether Jeremy is alive or not and if you are on good terms [true] with her.
If it's a common bug, I'm pretty certain the Devs will already be well aware of it. Neither of those bugs you mention show up in any of my playthroughs, so it certainly doesn't affect everybody. If it's an uncommon bug which only affects a minority of playthroughs, then you shouldn't assume that it will be immediately corrected. Sometimes bugs are caused by different combinations of choices, which is why it can affect some people but not others. And also, the more unconventional your playthrough, the more likely it is, you'll come across bugs that don't affect the vast majority of players.
I fully understand, it can be quite irritating when these bugs show up, that conflict with your chosen playthrough, and affect immersion in the plot. But the Devs are only likely to work on these types of issues, when they can fit them in. And at any one time, they're likely to have quite a lot of such irritating bugs, together with a few glaring plot holes to correct, some of which have been around for a long time. And that's why you can't expect some to be corrected immediately or even for several or occasionally many consecutive updates
If the Devs haven't fixed this issue already, it's probably not going to get fixed this time around. It's possible there's a fix for both these issues in the coming update, since they regularly correct more minor issues in each update. I could mention it, but at this late stage it's unlikely to be fixed, unless such a fix was already in the works. None of these bugs you've mentioned are game-breaking, which means they'd likely just go on the future to-do list, if they're not already on the current one.
As I said, I've never come across these bugs you've mentioned myself. So I'm not really the best person to report this to the Devs . Your best bet, is to go on Discord yourself, and report the issues in the bug reports section. I'm pretty certain Deep or Awake will make a note of this, if they don't already know about it, and it will get addressed eventually.
The problem with all these 'bugs' and the fixes that are made to correct them. Is that quite often the fixes themselves, create other issues elsewhere in the game, in ways that are difficult to predict. So alright, you might be able to fix this issue yourself, but in so doing, you create an even bigger issue further down the line, that the Devs will then subsequently struggle to solve, because their version of the game never included the fix you created.

That's all very well and said Zara but ultimately a whole lot of waffle and dev defending, but it's just simple code flag call backs missing from the script. It's not groundbreaking nor complicated script, nor would it mess anything else up.
Some of these are very old (you once argued with the resident thread idiot about it last year saying it doesn't happen when it does....and it's been mentioned a few times in the thread) so I find it incredibly unlikely they will ever be addressed given how old they are.
I'll just do it myself.
No, you should report it to them, if that's the case. If you can explain the problem clearly, and point them in the right direction, it's more likely they'll do something about it. I don't really understand coding that well, so it's pointless me bringing it up.
Yeah, maybe you could solve the problem easily with your own fix. But that won't help a lot of people who never see that fix. The only way the majority of people with this issue, get it solved, is if the Devs correct it themselves.

I know something about programming, but very little, and once I was able to solve a small problem in the game code and provided it to Deep, he thanked me, but in the end I did not check if my solution was implemented in the script hehe.
Well I'm sure if they haven't already, they'll include it eventually. In the last update, I noticed a few minor issues had finally been corrected, that had been highlighted by various people from way back in Chapter 2. If you point something out to them, I don't think they just ignore it. It goes on a to-do list, and somewhere down the line, it will get sorted. Obviously, if it's something relatively minor, it's more likely to be given a lower priority.
If Mav can point them to a likely solution for these particular issues, I think it's highly likely they'll do something about them, relatively soon

At this rate, it's beginning to look like an April release.
Considering his goal was to release it at the end of February / beginning of March, it´s just getting sad now...

well generally renpy save files get saved in different location. Unless one deletes that save files stays forever.

Yeah I know but I have been recently reset my pc until now there no any new updates of this game so there no save file
