Well it's voluntary because Anna had the chance to get rid of Patrick. If she chooses not to go with Jim's plan, she's more or less agreeing to Patrick exploiting her in the future. She's knows from previous experience how Patrick will try to manipulate her. So if that's an issue, why would she not go along with Jim's plan? If she doesn't, the obvious conclusion is that at the very least, she subconsciously desires it.AnnaYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
If you persuaded Robert to help you get the documents, then Patrick catches him and blackmails Anna into staying at the Bar, and doing his bidding. But you could also have got Jim's help, and then she decides to stay on for a few weeks because Jim asks her to, in return for his assistance. That was Anna's choice, and not Patrick forcing her to stay. Originally Anna would have had the option eventually to leave the Bar. In fact, there was such a choice near the end of Chapter 1. But once Chapter 2 started, Deep decided to keep Anna at the Bar, but give her the opportunity to get rid of Patrick, and become a co-owner of the Bar with Jim.
