The story telling was better - the renders and animations was also better than the previous few updates.

But I guess it's all goes down to what characters the update includes.

Chapter 1 was actually exciting and well written it has a plausible PLOT, drama and some actual tension. Ch. 1 was by far a way better chapter.

Chapter 2 is Anna the Happy Hooker and it sucks. It moves from one scene to the next just to get us to the next sex scene, where Anna happily devours every dick in sight. Office Work - Happy Hooker, Bar Work Happy Hooker, Porn Route Happy Hooker, Escort Work Happy Hooker... No drama no tension just a bland boring story that is going nowhere. I hope they fire the current writer if it's a new one and get someone with some talent to write in Ch. 3.

The only good thing about this title atm, is the animations and art.

main reason I like Ch 2 more is for the plot actually lol and well how much stronger Anna is. Truth be told I could barley get into Ch 1 a few times I thought about dropping it in Ch 1 mostly because of the bar scenes . But also I don't play my Anna as a super slut ( at least on my main saves) so im not having constant sex like you describe maybe once in awhile when certain events are back to back. That's why I didn't like the bar content in Ch 1 as I didn't go super slut for my main saves some things were not to my liking for how I was playing Anna. But yeah I do agree the animations and art is the best part of the game and why I forced myself to get through Ch 1.

I'm curious, can you summarize the plot in chapter 2? To me, there is none, there is no tension with our super confident in control Anna, she's just boring. This is now more like a slutty romance novel, her boyfriend should not even exist at this point in the game, either he should be dead or they should have broken up at this point.

Anna is now a happy confident slut, and you can play her super slutty or plain slutty the scenarios are just boring as fuck. Lets look at the latest gallery scenes shall we...

Chapter two is written for people who want the Sesame Street version of a story or the Cinemax version. It's not offensive, it's a wonderful insight on how to write a boring story. This is the Captain Marvel in the MCU, a perfect way to describe ch.2.

Chapter one was much more exciting and STORY driven, there was Danger, Drama, actual Stakes and Obstacles for Anna to deal with and overcome.

Why even follow this thread then? The Art and animations are top notch, but are being let down by a writer that frankly sucks. You could take all those beautifully rendered gallery scenes and change the writing and they could be awesome.

I'm amazed that you of all people, who constantly beat the Slow burn love drum, would be into this happy slut simulator. Sex scenes are great but the story has to be there to make a great VN.

The further we go into the game, the more Anna inevitably gets corrupted, to the point where she no longer feels any regret or remorse. So yeah, surprise, surprise, it becomes even more of a fuckfest. And all the scenes in Chapter 1, that related to her being blackmailed or persuaded to do stuff against her better nature, becomes meaningless in the new context that currently prevails in Chapter 2.

Anna has started to stop caring about what people might think, and she's no longer really bothered if her boyfriend finds out the truth. She's becoming a bad girl, who doesn't really consider the consequences of her actions anymore. All she wants to do is have fun, and make as much money as she can in the process. Did you really believe this wasn't going to be the eventual outcome of this game?

Same here. I like the chapter 1 it more exciting, now chapter2 she's became everyone's slut.

Having said that. I suspect there will be an opportunity in the future, to row back much of Anna's corruption, when a cure for her condition becomes available. So it's not inevitable that she's going to end up as a debased whore. There will be 'happier', more conventional endings for her.

But here the point is Anna is becoming corrupted by herself but this was not the case in chp 1
She was more submissive towards Jeremy,Carl,bar owner etc where they use to dominate her into getting corrupted

Now she is doing it out of her own will which does not make her feel depraved and also there is no brute force upon her by any character!She is seducing characters herself which was not the case in chp 1

Now every character around her knows she is going to end sleeping with them somehow and that's where the fun ends
