Personally, I can't wait for him to make a post claiming there are only 898 renders. If he wants to show that level of attention to detail, we should let him. Whilst the rest of us are simply enjoying the content, poor Reckless will have to tediously keep a running tally of all the renders, so he can prove to us he was right all along.
He hasn't specifically said there will be a third chapter, but if only to limit the size of the current download, inevitably there has to be if the game is going to continue much more. Recently, he suggested the game is far from finished, so I think within 4-5 updates we will start Chapter 3. But it might be sooner than that. We didn't find out about the switch to Chapter 2, until about 2 updates before it actually happened, but it was obvious he'd been thinking about it for a while. And that involved a major switch from RPGM format to Renpy, which he wanted some feedback on first, so it's entirely possible we won't find out about Chapter 2 ending, and Chapter 3 beginning until it's pretty much upon us. Deep has a habit of not revealing much about his future plans for the game, until he really needs to.

Even if it's 898 or 99 all I know that donkeys like u pay for this sh*t so I know even people with less IQ do exist

There isn't one, you will just have to wait for some to leak it at the lower tiers.

Well, it seems it changed this time and in fact the VN version is NOT out this time, must be issues.

Yes, the VN is usually out now 3 days after the beta, and both VN and Sandbox come out at the $15 tier, it has been that way for 2 years, like I said above, there must be issues and it says other versions coming soon.
