You don't have to start the game over, just download the saves of the version you're playing from the first page. Dev has shared saves from this new update.

Where are my choice? jeremy yes or no, patrick yes or no, carl earl taxman, dr man or dr woman, anna sub anna dom, escort or porn star, a lot of choice are dead? Before i can use one of the old saves, not the last but one yes, now any.
