Easily done with a patch like many other devs do for their bestiality and loli content.
I agree, but they are often not made by the Devs themselves. And how many of those games have as high a profile as this one? After Eva Kisses games, this is probably the most popular Female Protagonist game out there, and in terms of views one of the top 50 games on this site. That means the Dev has to be very careful what he associates himself with. He couldn't openly support a patch, even if he might want to. That's what happens with Zorlun's Project Myriam, where patches to add Bestiality and Incest content are produced by third parties. Zorlun may support these patches on this site, but he can't say anything about them on Patreon ( which like with Deep is still his main source of income).
So really someone would have to come forward to make a patch, and I don't know whether Deep would be willing to accomodate that anyway, since there is so far no specific incest content in the game, only the implication that there might be in future updates.
Deep has said there will be naughty content involving Anna and Rebecca in the future, but he hasn't explicitly indicated how far it will go. My experience with Deep, is that he likes to keep his cards close to his chest, when it comes to the future direction of this game. He tends to give vague hints about what might happen. Therefore a lot of what I say about the future direction of the game, is merely what I think will happen, based on close observation of what him and Awake have actually said about it over the years
