When will the option to dump the comatose bf be available? Let her get another bf among the dozens of other guys she prefers so the cheating routes can still continue. At least then the cheating will seem like it matters and might bring about some actual consequences.
Is the plan really to keep him in a coma as long as possible just so she can technically cheat on someone? Is he being kept around until his supposed 'renaissance' when he fully accepts being a cuck loser? If it's the former I think there are more effective and satisfying ways to accomplish that. As for the latter, does anyone actually care/want to see that?

In the last update when Anna visited the hospital, the doctors said they were ready to operate on Andrew, as soon as Anna came up with the money. Anna replied she'd have it within a few days. So say Wednesday or Thursday Andrew will have his operation. Then a couple of days for him to recover, maybe the beginning of the following week, and then him and Anna can have their big talk about the kidnapping and Andrew's exact role in it.

Anna has made clear to Rebecca and others, that she wont make any decisions about her relationship with Andrew, until he's had the opportunity to tell her his side of what went on. Once that's happened, I assume Anna will then start thinking seriously whether she wants to stay with him, and at some point after that we'll be able to make a final decision for her. How long that will be before we get that choice I don't know. Could be a few days, or it might not be for weeks. Another possibility is that we make the choice for Anna, but she doesn't tell Andrew for a while, until he's more fully recovered from his operation. Maybe when he finally comes out of hospital.

As for a renaissance route. It's never been confirmed that Andrew will actually have one. Awake said it was something they were considering, but no specifics were mentioned, and it may never happen. Just to get through to that conversation between Andrew and Anna we're looking at a week in game time, which at the present rate of progress will be anything from 18 months to 2 years away. So there's plenty of time yet for them to decide what to do about this.

Andrew is unconscious in a hospital bed in a coma and has to undergo several surgeries to regain complete health but he does not have health insurance... obviously Anna will pay the hospital bill and with the "help" of Doctor Schmidt she will get a discount.

The following scenes are in the beginning of chapter 2 and here you can see Anna stunning hairstyle the same as in CH1
So that scene was ready in the CH1 and takes place on the same day or the day after the shooting scene where Andrew was shot and he has the worst.
