The new version 1.5 is up for all platforms.
As said, the replay room is still the old one but has been filtered to remove the trivial scenes that have zero or one picture.

They're equally as far along at the moment. RPGM is the original, and therefore is always up-to-date in terms of content. The Ren'py is a conversion of the RPGM game being made by someone else, and is typically updated a few days after the RPGM version is released.

No worries. If you're ever in doubt, just compare version numbers between the Ren'py one and the RPGM one to see if the Ren'py has been updated. They're both currently at 1.5Thanks
