I named them myself. Some are accurate other not so much.

163 is Blood + Girl, still missing 3 of them </3

From silhouette and number it seems that:
155 is Mermaid which should be Fish + Human but it doesn't work.
156 is other version of Mermaid, which you probably need previous one to get.
165 is another Alien version, but can't figure out combo.

BTW 153 is fuckable.

The Chicken + Chicken one (153) is fuckable? Imma have to hard pass on finding out how that one looked. Thats almost like how Marvel Comics had Human Torch in a brief relationship with this alien worm-ish chick. Different strokes for different folks as the saying goes.

Most are general names because I don't know all the specific ones.
Also I'm still missing some.

I could use another word instead of Girl Anomalous,
when form is not just weird but disturbing,
but can't think of one right now.

new75 has the lightning of #213, but the head's a perfect match to #212 (and nothing else). Combining the appropriate words doesn't seem to work, though. On the other hand, I also went into the files, and there isn't any .tres file that refers to new75 - so it may be new art that doesn't yet have a combo assigned at all. By contrast, new51 is referred to by "sharkgirl2_form.tres" and new52 by "tall_mermaid_form.tres", with new61 as "xenomorph2_form.tres".

Probably counting transformations (i.e. combos which cause a form change), rather than forms. Since some forms have multiple sequences that produce them, that'd explain the discrepancy.

My post has only 16 additional transformations, I guess I missed some.
Some forms have two words transformations A + B that also allows B + A.

I have updated my guide to better fit how current game works.

I'm addressing various issues:
- Cup series cannot be broken. (You can't drink non-combo cups in the middle of cup serie.)
- Transforming doesn't reset state. (Combos can be mixed.)
More details in my guide.

Also I could use help with form names if anyone is willing to help.
I mean to name them properly instead of relying on game dev.
