Is there anyway for someone to collect the rose and beer mentioned without starting a new game?

What do you often need to save files for, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm not sure what exactly your situation here is, but I'll take two guesses:
You think that the intro mission means the game's prologue: It doesn't, it's the anomaly hunter mission you go on after getting a promotion after day 5.
You've already beaten the mission and don't know how to replay it: Just head into the storage department, open up the file cabinet, and type in intro. That's how you start the mission and you can replay the mission as many times as you like by repeating the process.
Hope that helps! Researching the Midas coin after beating the intro mission with the coin equipped will lead to the Midas Coin's ending, if you haven't already seen it. Hope you like the scenes!

It's not all that often, but moving between browsers, between local and online, between computers, or just to have a backup in case your browser decides to nuke your local storage are all reasons to want to save to file. And when you do want that, the whole copying and pasting thing is just a pain.
Also: here's a basic prototype of loading a file using javascript, it's a lot rougher as the saving function was a polished function I've used in the past, this is just the results of half an hour playing around with javascript.

I've finished all the scenes, but haven't seen two of the girls from the Girls Gone Mild thing in the Toolbox Department: Anissa Kate and "Lovely Madame Sunny Leone." Did I miss something, or are they currently just planned for future updates?

- Fixed a bug where sleeping in meant you had to go back to your room before other scenes would appear.
- Gina's name now appears in the Free ___ Sign's dream scene if you've already met her.

- You can now save directly to a .noodle file, making keeping your saves safe easier.
- Saving to a text string now automatically copies the savedata to your clipboard.
- The Free ___ Sign's scenes no longer count towards the overall scene total just like dark vault scenes, and the full number of Free ___ Sign scenes has been masked in the testing lab.
The changes to the Free ___ Sign are in case one of the scenes I add for it covers a fetish a player dislikes, this way you still get that completionist feeling without needing to read through something they dislike. If you want to see all the sign has to offer, check out the cheat list posted above. Even if it's a small change I don't want people to feel pressured to keep writing away at the sign, I'd rather it feel like a creative exercise. I'll be adding more to it in the next version, let me know what you'd write yourself.
Another neat idea I had was to allow the player to further research the products of the erotibox. The mona lisa painting aside, some of them are neat ideas I'd like to experiment with further. The water bottle, the slut-shocker tazer, and so on. What would you want to see?

The slut-shocker was amazingly hot, pleasure overload frying a girl's brain is one of my major kinks. I'm not sure exactly what actual experimentation there is to do with it though. I mean, I know what I would try out, I'd want to see if girls zapped brainless with it would absorb any suggestions given while they were out of it and drooling, but that seems more like something that would take a whole game to properly explore, not just a few scenes.
Of course, all of them were pretty hot. I'd like to see the rose expanded on, drooling wet pussies are really sexy. Might be interesting to see what kind of stripper money you get if you put large bills in there too. And if you can think of some more to do with the water bottle or beer that would be great, they were really hot.

I have a few ideas;
dog/cat/bunny/etc ears and tail go into box, nothing happens, someone puts them on, act like the animal of the ears they just put on.
dog/cat/bunny go in the box, out comes sexy female version of said creature
realistic strap-on goes in the box, no visible changes, woman puts it in, temporary futanari
glasses/shades goes in box, no visible changes, wear them, x-ray glasses/shades
A hat (like a baseball cap) goes in the box, the same hat comes out but there is a logo-like sex position on it, person wears they assume the position
Phone is put in box, not much change but a new app is some how installed, basically is super tinder

The shocker is the main reason behind allowing further research on artifacts, it and the water bottle tapped into something I lked writing a lot. No idea where I'd go with the rose though, or what it would grow into once watered.

For the librarian my current plan is mostly escalation, maybe having her record herself next time. And she might notice something weird in the recording.

Animal ears are a good idea, but I'll need to be a little tricky with the gifs as I don't think there are any scenes of Veronica Rodriguez or Peta Jensen wearing animal ears.
The animals themselves and the strap-on, they're outside of the sponsor's listed fetishes. The baseball cap seems a little limited, I'm not super feeling it.
Putting a phone into a box and getting out a sex-ified app is a rad idea, it could be a neato longer scene where you investigate a number of apps if I can make/find lewd versions of their logos. I was also thinking of putting in a gaming pc and you get some overwatch porn.
Putting in the laptop and seeing one of my other games is a fantastic idea, but I already have the references to my games in the toolbox department. If I do more they'll probably be in the prison department (or maybe in the alternate reality mirror).

You could throw an SD card with a highly customizable character creation application (a la Black Desert Online or modded Skyrim) in the Erotibox and get an app that lets you make changes to people in real life. Call it something like a... Person Alteration App, I dunno.
So how do I get any of the endings aside from the Erotibox? I've unlocked all of the main scenes and am trying to research the truth serum, or go everywhere in the game with it equipped, or research any other item, but nothing seems to do anything.

Off the top of my head...
If you put the truth serum into the erotibox you enhence it, then you just need to research it.
And once you've done the intro mission with the midas coin equipped researching it should unlock that ending.
