Apologies for the slow response, busy times are busy. I've been looking into the css error, not sure why it isn't showing up on my machine but css is an arcane language I still struggle with. Hopefully everything will work smoothly with v5.Oh, I missed that. I like it, it's definitely different to the regular scenes which are completely linear. Not that that's a bad thing, it means low effort to get to the good stuff, which can be a problem if a non-linear game gets too complex. But this seems pretty simple so far, and I definitely like the use of artifacts to achieve a goal rather than just for our amusement (although that is fun too).

A lot of jeeves is contradictory, but I won't pretend all of it is intentional. She's an enigma wrapped in a car-shaped riddle, but she's also written by someone who couldn't tell you what a toyoda looks like.
When you were facefucking veronica you were pulling out then thrusting in. In real life that'd cause friction but I like to think in a time stop you undo damage by reversing the motion, like screwing / unscrewing a cap. No outside forces like air or the body's healing processes are influencing anything.
Many artifacts kinda fudge logic to avoid fridge horror, but there could absolutely be an in-universe reason for this. The reprehensive bracelet's main function is to protect you from consequences after all.
The coin is weird. Each time I try to set hard guidelines it limits the already small design space, but my basic mental idea is that it makes offering sex = offering money, even if you're just laying back and receiving. Hardcore acts and things that appeal to the target's fetishes are worth more than softcore stuff too.
I'm not sure why my last response to you was so brief. You had notes on dreams / the logbook I should've addressed. Maybe I was pressed for time.
For the dreams it isn't that it's an alternate future for you, but rather the last moments of someone connected to the artifact. Otherwise I'd need to write a reason for why your future self doesn't have the bracelet. I think one of the dreams the pov character was black? I can't remember at the moment, that may have been something I changed before a release.
Cutting to the future is a good idea, and my prospective plan for the endings has been that each main artifact has an ending where you push the artifact fact to its limits to take over the vault. Putting yourself in the erotibox, spending two years in stopped time to mind-break every woman in the city with the stopwatch, plenty of design space there where you commit 100% to one artifact. Midas coin is being a bitch to figure out tho.
By the way one thrown aside idea is that the ending for the chaddicus shades is that as you insta-loss priya, the shades are broken revealing the real chad was within you all along. That kinda breaks the atmosphere for a joke though, so it's for the best the idea was canned.
As for the logbook, I agree it is a bit clunky just like the windows in a lot of my games. It's a holdover from human alteration app. If I were to start over I'd just dynamically generate the window from scratch instead of having so many invisible html elements at all times. I don't have the time to overhaul it at the moment though, there's a lot to do with anomaly hunter and whatnot.
Also, I note that there were no typos found in your last posts, awesome! It feels like a few slip through with every release, so I'll revel in this small victory. Thanks for all your feedback thus far!
