it's OS-agnostic. meaning it likely runs on most systems. windows/linux/gnu/systemd/android/reactos/bsd/mac/haiku/whatever should work as long as you fulfill the requirements in the spoiler-ed readme.
probably best to run on x86_64 hardware though.
although apparently that's not so much of a problem these days.

you have to choose the options that lower both love and lust points for her. for example when she fall down say its her fault and pass on helping if you follow this for other situation you will unlock it. be careful if you do this way you might lock the love content so better save your path . here are two save for lust route and evil route

If you need water in a bottle, you can fill it in the aquarium.

If you're referring to the fuse box upstairs for the quest "A Short Fuse" given by Jacklyn, you need to combine a plastic fork with a lollipop to create the "specialized tool" needed to remove the broken cable. Repairing the cable can be done with electrical tape, which you can get from the English classroom after placing a food item in the leftmost desk and waiting a day.
