I'm on the Kate love route and got the Isabelle quest. Not sure if the Kate lust route blocks the quest. Love route is get the 3 moments of glory which impress her and you chose to side with her. Lust route is side with her and she femdoms you.

I don't believe it's been added to the game yet. I don't believe you have to choose Kate at the beginning to get this route, but I'm not sure. I chose Isabelle and have 2 of 3 moments needed for Kate, and I'm pretty sure 1 of those 3 moments isn't from spying for Kate.
