How do you progress in "Wicked Game"? I can't find a way to create a ghost costume, I can't find the nurse in west wing section in that evening. Just empty, anyone can help?

do you have another mission? maybe if you done some, the nurse will be there.
i had the same problem with M, only her cat was in her room. but when i did some other mission, i found her and after she went back.
btw some screenshot would be helpful

I cheated with Gallery Unlocker and saw this scene which is way further down, near the bottom of the list, but I've tried the most recent chapters and haven't found anything that leads to this scene.

What happened to the icons behind the different options, like sunglasses for a charisma increase, a heart symbol for a lust increase etc? Not there anymore for the latest version.
