I wonder if I should restart the game at this point or something, I just think I kinda shafted myself by kinda mixing routes instead of just doing one girl at a time, is it better to just hyperfocus?

I think you can if you are not satisfied with your runs because you can skip pretty fast on this game. I did that with 2 runs of both routes with Kate + Maxine and Isabelle + Lindsey which I think it's correct for me. I had multiple runs to test some stuff so yeah.

It would lean more to minor femdom. And you can easily refuse to submit to the mean girl by siding against her and/or ignoring her questline.
