Is there any route that let Mc be neutral or avoids Kate or Isabelle like fuck off new girl I don't know you, or fuck off kate, I ain't going to be bullied by you and focuses on other girls like Lindsey, maxine or Jo or flora or someone else as the main?

The act 1 main quest requires you to side with Isabelle or Kate for the prank/domination, but other than that, you can focus on Flora or Lindsey if you want. Just turn down Isabelle when she wants to go steady with you so that you don't get locked into her route.

No, I'm waiting for more Flora (and Lindsey) content too... I'm more surprised that my MC hasn't been murdered by Isabelle in my playthrough really, since he screwed her several times, fucked her in the ass, and then turned her down to be with Flora.

You're required to go one way or the other. It's part of the climax of the season. You can game the system to not have sex with Isabelle however; choose the path of violence in "Gathering Storm" to start "Hurricane Isabelle" and then just... don't do it. Or her by proxy.
You should be able to finish the final quests without having consummated your relationship.
They have a right to moan. Jo at least got an update this year (April 30). Their Kate hasn't been touched since March 2024.
Alternate question is there any route where MC can get both Isabelle and kate, like all three in same relationship together (with mc domming both the ladies or get subbed by them or using their skills to broker peace and have equal footing so that they can swap between dom and sub) or die trying (and possibly without traumatizing too much of any or all the people involved)
I can count how much Jo content there is just fine.
You bring her up though apropo to nothing. She's had an update recently. I don't follow Kate's route but those that do have been spinning their wheels for eighteen months.
With the lifetime landlady getting some attention what you want is more content. What Kate Domme fans want is any.
I feel like constricting a person to only one character while realistic; is kind of a rough way to run the game. If it was releasing all at once, it'd be fine, but doing it update by update runs into this problem hard. People who are on a specific characters route can go months without getting *anything* in their corner. If it's more harem based, at least if your favourite character doesn't get an update, you still get *something*.
I know you can view the new content in the gallery even if you didn't go that way, but it feels more like looking in through a window to see a family eating Christmas dinner; rather than actually getting any for yourself.

Voting on whose characters or route to update like Summertime saga like 6 years ago ended up on a same kind of issue, I was there, it always Eve or Roxy and other supposedly main girls are forgotten. The devs probably think that 'you can't please everyone'. Unless there are multiple artists developing this kind of games, you'll encounter this lopsided kind of pacing of game development.
Sorry everyone, this is a bit of a weird question, but is there a simple I-Patch we can download for Windows? I've seen the I-Patch listed on the first page, and I have no idea how to implement that. Is there a more simple way where we can just extract a mod into the game folder?
can you romance all characters at the same time? like can't you date Jacklyn and Flora at the same time and not just choose one instead of the other?
Up to a certain point, yes but there are certain choices that'll ruin your romance. Like, I think telling Flora don't be a brat when you're heading on that gallery date with Jacklyn ends Flora's romance. Right now, you can tell Flora that you're just using Jacklyn as a cover up and we don't know the consequences because there aren't any further Flora/Jacklyn content but I'm pretty sure that the devs will want to lock you into a route at sooner or later.
