I'm assuming what you're talking about is getting head from Atlas and if that's the case the only problem I'm seeing is that Atlas is pretty tall, and when you're in playerbody mode and he's looking up at you his mouth isn't close enough to your junk to detect that it's time to suck. If this is the problem, take a step back and wait for him to look back down and then close in. That's assuming you're using the Atlas playerbody of course, because again he's very tall. You may need to raise the scale of your character or try to make the Atlas model lower his head to get cock level with your playerbody.

I think it's a physics engine thing. Scrotum physics are a notorious challenge for game devs and have been for some years. Word on the street is that the devs actually never wanted to have Kratos wearing bottoms at all, but they could never get the scrote.phys engine to work well enough so they scrapped it.

It's in the action menu, the body icon will list the skins by number and you can swap through them there.

Yeah, I can do that but only for possessed characters or spawned characters, not the playerbody. The "variant" options do not show up in the same menu for the player body. So weird, maybe it's a mod conflict.

I mean, you could always spawn a character and manually put them into the glory hole area
