The MC is a nutcase. You basically get to choose to rape/drug nearly every character in the game. It's connected to The Guardian, if I remember correctly. Pretty twisted series.

I'm not into outright rape personally, but Overwhored hits the spot for a "evil overlord conquers all the heroines" type of RPG. Tyrant Quest I like for the same theme and the writing, but I enjoyed the corruption aspect, not the rape. Corrupted Saviors, while text-only, is pretty indepth with the non-con corruption.
