Ren'Py Apartment #69 [v0.09] [Luxee]

I have four girls from this game in my "Luxee" rotating save. I know what I want (a solo with Evelyn, that's my main choice).

Millie might have an option to be solo or with Evie.
Seki and Yui are the group package here for sure. There's no way Luxee is going to break up two sisters like that. I mean yeah, he sort of did it with Elly's route in PL, and that's why I don't do that route because of leaving Ada behind.

Right now, Heather's a wild-card, but Heather obviously likes him from the next morning after the party scene.
Alicia - fucktoy pet. Plain and simple.

Since we haven't had anything with Jamie or Tess yet, I have no idea how that's going to run, but those two routes, for now, seemed to rely on each other.

Cha - I don't like her, or her brother. Drama I don't want all-around from that route.
Nea - Well, avoidance or, well, we saw the alternative if you turn her down.

It's going to be a while before things stabilize with our chosen girl, so it's a "sit and wait" thing for now.

But the whole reason I got into these games was in fact Summertime Saga, which also lead me to finding this place, lol. How do I create a new post/thread, and I don't mean on existing game threads, but to start a new one? Because I wanna do a Radiant appreciation thread, where I also talk about the games I've played, and what I like and not like in games.

Well, my way of finding games is a bit random in a way, so I can't really complain if it's not exactly to my personal taste. Well, if you want to a Radiant Appreciation thread, probably would be better to do that in the Off-Topic or General Discussion areas.

So, go to that area that you want to go, and in the right-hand corner, there should be a red, rectangular "POST THREAD" button, and then the rest is pretty much straight forward.

I actually like the connected path things as it makes for better story telling at least for the beginning parts of the game as it keeps things interesting. If Luxee adds in later into the game's story the option of character "X" can just be a side friend or continue her path as normal is fine but the coding to do that would be a real pain so I doubt it.

As for Nea, I could easily mod the Lain/Mid4s v0.06 mod so that Nea gets mad at the MC for not being in love with her as much as she is to him and goes to another school to get away from both the MC and the bullying. It would still be the end of her story but a better alternative if you choose not to fall in love with her.

It is possible to mod the game to keep her in the game and just skip the love/sex scenes but that would take some extra work by any of us modders to do.

As for DMD, I really like that game other than the horrid Austin Powers porno parody dialogue during the sex scenes that my mods remove and the Martin stuff is laughably bad Tumblr fanfic writing that I just ignore that path. Though some of you wouldn't like my mods since their focus is merging the D Solo/Elena/Jennifer/Georgina Paths into a more harem like game. I do plan on modding Lain's mods of Chapters 1 & 2 since her Walkthroughs of the game and her game changes are very important to playing them as I've only modded Chapters 3 & 4 but relied on her Scene Gallery mods until now.

I'll check it out because of my curiosity, for sure. I mean, it doesn't matter to me if she moves away, jumps, teleports to Abu Dhabi or whatever

I never see more than one ending, so I'm unlikely to play games other than harem. If I like two LIs, or share an ending, or I will not choose between them. And I usually like various LIs in games. In this game I like several, so either there will come a point where I don't continue, or I will continue because there is an ending that includes all the LIs that interest me. We'll see.

I might do a one time mod for that but it won't be done today.
If I do go ahead and do it, brace yourself.

And of course to play it correctly you need to start the Nea Memory after you both go back to the MC's place after meeting with her in the park.

In this unofficial version she ends up in considerable anger. Not surprising, as the whole attitude of the MC during the game is aimed at romance with Nea, a reasonable reaction from my point of view and one that fits the spirit of the game better than making her jump off the roof. I like this much more (even if you don't end up having a friendship with her) than the original. Great mod.

It was clear to me that romance with Nea wasn't going to happen in my game and I would have preferred to be able to choose from the beginning to accept Nea as friend and to abandon all the pastry and romance with her. The only thing that I didn't like too much about her path is that the MC showed feelings that I was clear that I wasn't going to develop when the time came.
