I am pretty sure that any contratual obligation becomes void if there is gross negligence which seems to be the case in that situation. But that is way off topic.It used to be killing someone would at least be enough to get the attention of the Courts and Congress, but the absurd corporation news of the week: Disney is trying to get a measly 50k lawsuit (man's wife died after a severe allergic reaction to something she ate at a carelss Disney park restaurant) thrown out of court because the guy once had a 30-day trial membership to Disney+ (!!!) and somewhere in the fine print of that free trial there was apparently something about not being able to sue Disney for anything. So if they get a stupid judge they could literally start knifing to death anyone who ever had a Disney+ membership. Pretty sure that's not one of the membership perks on the ads for their crappy streaming service...
I just want another update for this game.
