I've been getting that at random with the .exe of renpy files for some reason for the last like 2 weeks, I eventually just had to make exceptions for a folder on my desktop

It is starting to sound like the one we had about a year ago. It ended up being bad definitions update on Microsoft end, and it was even flagging their own games like Microsoft Flight Simulator and Steam games.
