Typically people would probably just take the "toilet and detention" scene as porn-logic, but in this game you get long lectures about how people are wrong about trans people and how to be more mindful about how to treat them and how your action can be hurtful even when you don't mean them to be and so on ...
... and then you get a completely toxic and inappropriate display on how BDSM is supposed (not) to work. It just doesn't fit, especially in such close proximity (and, yes, the game also got other questionable bits, but questionable as they are, they do err on the side of consent and mutual appreciation).
That scene needed the protagonist to take the teacher aside and quickly check with her on whether she's okay with this. Or a build up scene where they talk about what they want to do. Something. Then it's all good; play out some humiliation fantasy.
Now, it's work in progress. For all we know next scene with the teacher is her revealing that it was planned all along; or the teacher actually being pissed off and the protagonist learning from his mistake. Or maybe the scene just slipped in for progress reasons and there'll be retrospective build up. Or nothing of that and ultimately it'll just be a few scenes that sorta stick out and the rest is still fine. Who knows.
I do however think it's fair to have some mixed feelings about the scene (including the toilet part, kink or no kink) as it is.
