I am really happy that this game is still being worked on but for a 6 month update it just feels small. I know that all updates have always been small but it still sucks that we have to wait so long and the updates end so fast.

you can "ignore" certain routes
at the char screen
and for nea - you can just be a friend without the lewd stuff
a few choices are given for

when I loaded my save ALL girls were crossed out even though I started to play this update.
I am now aware of that bit but since ALL the girls were crossed out when I started to play this update I wasn't looking at that location I just had to clock on map, change time , click on map again until I saw a dot next to a location.

Not sure if this is a sincere question but in case it is,

She, Nea is transgender. Noah is effectively a character who doesn't exist in this game because "Noah" is her birth name, but she is always referred to as Nea, Noah is the name kids use to be cruel and bully Nea. She is not written as a femboy, she is explicitly written as trans

Femboy is a boy who dresses, does his makeup and hair in a feminine way but still identifies as male, just likes to look very femme (kind of like a masc girl in reverse or a reverse tomboy but more committed to the aesthetic) also doesn't usually have breasts

Nea does not identify as male, she's trans and as far as I can guess in terms of handwavey story stuff to explain the model having breasts, she's probably been taking hormones behind her dad's back. could be wrong but my best guess.

Guess it makes sense to get so much Heather all at once, she really had a long way to go to catch up to the rest of the cast with her starting so late lol. Gotta admit, the mid class teacher scene felt a bit much, personally. There's being shameless and then there's intentionally destroying someone's career lol.

sorry can't help you there. Or rather, I won't. You shouldn't ever trust ren'py saves from randos on the internet. Afraid you gonna have to redo it.
