How can i launch it in full screen? Tried Alt+Enter and it did turn to full screen but i cant use the mouse to interact anymore

Yeah that was a dev mistake because you can't fuck her before doing her quest.
To start the single mom quest you need to hide in the bathroom and catch her masturbating.
have no idea how to even get the first pixel scene with the fourth woman. also, i've tried using aphrodisiacs and sleeping pills on the wife and the mother, but i still have one pixel scene missing for both. any tips?

when the apartment is empty you can go in and click on the cup to put either the aphrodisiac or sleeping pills in.
the placement of the cup is different for each apartment.
the single mother should be masturbating around 1pm after finishing her work at the pc.
when i first tried to enter her apartment while she was sleeping at night i got the prompt to go down to the dealer.
he told me to get into her apartment while shes out and hide in the bathroom.
after that conversation with him you can hide in any bathroom at any time.
