So I just read through like 150 pages of this thread...haters really do fuel the fire some of the people here complain that dev wastes their time when really they just waste all their own time shit posting on this forum.
You guys realize that this is more like an interactive movie so far? Some 2 hr movies have budgets of hundreds of millions...
I think it's fair to say this game is movie quality so far, so even 30-60 minutes of content released over a year is A LOT OF WORK because EVERY WORD COUNTS, EVERY SECOND COUNTS, EVERY FRAME COUNTS.
Why do you guys think the animations are so hot and sexy? Why do you think development takes so long? Maybe you 56 IQ creatures can put 2 and 2 together?
Imagine you take 6 hours to render a 3 second clip (throwing numbers out there) -- but you see a flaw or visualize a way to make the scene hotter and sexier. So you have to do it again. Ok, see how time can add up from the POV of someone trying to make high quality work? Every detail counts.
So anyway, I'm all about this game. Whether sooner or later, I hope it is released, and in its full potential and glory, not rushed or pressured into early shitty release because idiots on forums can't appreciate the time it takes to go into making a high quality product.
Also note the dev does stuff like "research" existing games. Yeah he's jerking off but also he is collecting info on everything that is out there, taking the best stuff and innovate to curate the newest, freshest, hottest scenes out there. Doing new scenes well, taking old scenes and making them hotter than ever.

Are these scenes actually any different? I noticed just some slight differences in the immediate scene after making the decision. Then it's the same regardless of what you choose.

The visuals are so good in this game, I try to not miss anything. After selecting a choice and going through that route, you can just backtrack (scroll up on mouse wheel) to the choice, and select the other one.
I only recently joined, but have been through more than my fair share. By far, this is the most polished and well-crafted game I've seen. It's just stunning. I wonder what 3D Modeling software he used. It's in a league of its own, and takes the medium (vn) to the next level. Only thing negative about it is the first page shows scenes that are not included in the game yet. While I wish there were more content to enjoy, I hope the developer does not compromise the quality. I'd rather wait longer than play a lesser visual game.
Well that's what I'm asking...aren't the animations the same whether you choose love or lust? With only slight differences in the scenes immediately after the choice. Maybe it'll affect it in the long run

Funny thing is... this is NOT a two hour movies, its a porn VN where every word, every second, and every frames don't counts. Maybe your 46 IQ can put 2 and 2 together and realize a 2 hour movie is not the same as a VN game developed with Ren'Py.

The difference between haters and devotees here is, imo, when they started to follow or even subscribe to this developer. The seasoned veterans probably showed interest in the game but over the years grew frustrated and fed up with the developer's snail pace (believe me i feel ur pain. Damn u, GRR Martin!!) whereas recent members of this scene, including myself, are blown away by all of the visuals that are head and shoulders above than anything else i've seen here thus far. We have not the years of frustration, but are warned beforehand to keep expectations in check. Thanks.
