Lust points are a future feature where you can expand upon the player character's power set by expending those points. Things like x-ray vision, and walk through walls. However, with the length between updates, I don't think that this feature will be implimented.

There's just scenes, the actual game isn't even made yet. I am waiting for this game to be completed from 2019 and still the storyboard isn't done yet. Pathetic i don't think the milking process with scenes will stop anytime soon

It's a mod. There is nothing in the source code, regarding character identification, where anyone is refered to as "mom" or "sis" by the player character.

This is the normal state for most games.
Does not mean your landlady isn't obviously your mom even if you don't call her that

Likewise, doesn't mean your landlady is always your mother. Sometimes it's absolutely clear (My New Family without an incest patch is unintentionally hilarious); sometimes the writer actually intends a landlady or roommate to be just that (for instance, The Roommate is just that, and is not intended to be anything else).

Unless I've gotten my VNs mixed up, this one was originally fairly easy to change the relationships around, but in the latest episodes there's dialogue and/or information that would require specific modifications/rewrites to continue the incest patch properly.
