I don't give money to devs who milk supporters like cows. I'll happily play it for free though until the Dev proves he can be trusted. I support several devs, and they all have one thing in common, respect for their player base.

Sure he does. Even though I really enjoy this game, he has a point. Don't have to be a sufferer in order to point out suffering. Now, obviously no one is REALLY "suffering", it was just an analogy.
There is context missing from the quote. What I originally said was:

Simply put, if you’re not paying for the game, you haven’t earned the right to complain about how fast/slow it’s being produced. I follow roughly a dozen games/AVNs and I get tired of snarky comments from pirates who want content fast and think it’s ok to constantly bitch about it if they don’t get it. If you don’t think a developer is doing good work and it’s not fast enough for you, vote with your feet and take a walk to another game. There are plenty of them out there
