Maybe the new chapter is just about pinups? At some point I thought he invests more of his time in creating HQ renders and short animation videos than anything else.

the next update is going to take a year. it wouldnt be as bad if he actually adds more content, but he doesnt. 30 min update. Just like when he launched at 6 months dev time. he makes good content but hes just a shameless milker. Its rare to find good devs these days.
