Looks like you installed the mod in the main folder and not the game folder.
Move the [apoc script] from main (where .exe is located) and place in the [game]

There are 3 (or 4 ) penetration scenes.
Avoid unless you are a fan of the art style.

Sometimes you can get lucky if you look for the compressed versions and there is one for Mac. Like This Post

What I do is I download the previous version for Mac, download the latest version for PC, and just put the game folder from the PC version in the previous version for Mac and replace it. Works like a charm.
