You posting the error log is not really that helpful to me as I'm not a programmer.
All I can suggest is that you delete the renpy cache folder in "\AppData\Roaming\RenPy"
Google AppData folder for instruction on how to get to that folder.
Before deleting the cache folder you need to check which game saves you want to keep, as deleting the cache folder will delete the save for other games too.
