Go back literally one page and you will see the next update is entirely on Evelyn and her penetration scene.

He doesn't explicitly say penetration. Sure, it would be great if that could happen because she's been teased for SO long, but the developer could easily hold out again and make us wait until 2027, what's another year with this game, right?

If you'll remember from a post back in August, the dev specifically said the MC will be "going all the way" with Evelyn:
The dev has stated the MC will finally be going all the way with Evelyn this update. The graphic above is a critical juncture in which you will need to choose which route you'd like to go with Evelyn. However, the dev also stated it will be possible to view all three situations and the update's end result is not dependent on which route you initially choose.
The first choice involves doing a full face reveal online while having pretty wild sex with Evelyn. The second choice involves a little vacation getaway and a romantic date that leads to sex. The third choice involves another clumsy Evelyn moment that leads to some outdoor sex.

Given Psycho's previous patterns April is the most likely release window. I could MAYBE see someone arguing it to be sooner since its only focused on one character + the dev said that they intend to try and repurpose some animations for her 'Nasty' sex scenes, but that will likely not move up the release date substantially since they are developing three very different roots for the character.
