My gallery has some images blocked and they all say "reserved". How to unlock?

Oh, now I get it. sorry kkkkkkkkkkkkBecause they are still reserved.
My guess is that you didn't delete the .rpyc files in the game/images/Gallery folder. Ren'Py games will only compile .rpy files if the corresponding .rpyc file is missing.

I am trying to use this on JoiPlay emulator but emulator don't have input 'c' only have all key in capital form. Which file I should Edit?

This gallery mod doesn't affect it, but you can remap it by opening \game\script.rpy and editing the key listed on line 8. You can just change it to be a capital C and then it will work fine (as in, on a reg keyboard that will now respond to either shift + c or just C with caps lock on).
