Played through it for the first time, so i was not affected by the wait for this update. A few scenes are annoyingly drawn out (looking at the pictures at the beginning, flipping through the magazine in the dark basement, and especially the "look for jeans" quest, where there is just one seemingly pointless event happening after the other). I rarely skip text, but here i couldn't be bothered to read what was happening, if whatever happens with wolves again, i'm sure the lore that was dropped here will be understandable by context. The UI is great, though it took me a while to realize that you can actually scroll down on the stats screen, i wonder whether most of them will actually have a function, but even if not, i like it anyway. Jessica scenes are the right kind of tease, i'm sure it'll be great once more progression is made. There are a lot of things i enjoyed, but what made me want to write a positive comment was that you actually included music from Cristobal Tapia de Veer. It's one of my all time favourite series, and hearing that music just made me sit back and stop reading for a minute or so. This fit very well with the insanity mechanic, which i thing is implemented well. I don't care about Deborah scenes or dream scenes generally, and hope that skipping those will not lock you out of actual paths. Good luck Awake, i have your game on watch now, since it's one of a few games that i can say i actually enjoyed for the most part!
p.s.: in the preview pics i see some scenes that i cannot remember, like the hobo girl in the cardboard. are they all in the game and i missed it somehow, or are some of the pics made for upcoming events?
