After speaking to the bartender, you need to visit the streets after 20.00 within 2 days. I think it is a % chance event to trigger so you might need to visit the streets multiple times until it fires.

Don't do the index thing. The best way that i found is to download the Node. js installer package online then run the script. It will take a while and i assume it settles all the things you need for the packs to work.

Then download the packs and put them into the packs folder in the game folder. For the big pack with 4 girls in it, i noticed that you need to click on the folder first then there is another folder in it that is the one you should put into the pack folder.

Enable the packs in your game with the packs tab on the left side and they should all work now. At least that was what worked for me anyway.

Sure. I've got a 18yo babe doctor from the slave merchant.
It's rng, but if you keep trying you can get everything you want.
