For pregnancy, you can buy them (or build in your workbench)
But for growth potion you need 200+ days to meet Laura and progress with her.

I've played a few real porn games but there's too many for me to play all of them and even if I hadn't, does that debunk my opinion that it's lazy to just splash a game with real porn images instead of making their own?

The problem with pregnancy I have is my girls are returning from the streets pregnant by other men. I am waiting for the condom to be added to the auto-loader script. I forget to check to see if my girls have used their condoms, 
of course, I have ~19 whores, so checking them out EVERY day is a bit much.

As for automatic condoms - they were not added on purpose and idea was that some people maybe want to have getting pregnant and some not. Automatization would always add to all girls. Suggestion: ditch the condoms and code some birth control as a toggle with Laura with a cost of some resource just like you can give girls the Breeding trait. Give birth control with a certain cost of said resource to give girls 0 fertility or remove it without a cost to get them back to the standard fertility rates for the age bracket. If you can do that you've both solved a situation and added a new non repetitive mechanic to the game. It could even be part of Laura's story progress to make her start having intercourse with the MC because she doesn't want the risk of getting pregnant herself yet until you've progressed even further with the relationship.

If I would want them to get pregnant, I would, of course, remove the condom from their inventory. What I get is multiple whores turning up pregnant in one night, something I do not want.

Then maybe in the automatization maybe need to add just a button to "add/remove condom to all girls working on street"
That way if you remove it from a specific girl, automatization won't try to give it back to her.
Well I found the bug with pregnancy. But I don't see how it works for some people.
The attached piece of code was in setup.pregnancyChance (in 0.31), and since all my girls have gender = 0, it *always* returned 0 due to !person.gender
