could you tell the json format as to how it should be ,
currently the json name is packs.js

First you need a teacher in the Guest House. Then, on a sunny day, between noon and 4, head into the Youth District. If you get lucky (RNG) you will find the teacher reading to some kids. If you get even luckier ( more RNG) the teacher will talk to you after they finish reading, describing the School they would build. The list of materials you will need will be in the Bases tab of the Settlement Management menu.

Is anyone else having an issue where companions aren't treated as there in combat? They won't attack enemies, and enemies will only attack me.

I think the Vincent questline is bugged after gain the car. My relation with him is 24 and journal says progress with Dom quests or wait. After killing Dom (and after more than 400 gamedays) talking with Vincent asks if my car is ready, so I think I not find the bunker with the code (or what, as I remember from my past playthrough) and cannot find carparts in normal way to repair the car, only if I add through the cheat menu. (Also I found 143 fuel can until now which is more than plenty atm).
One of the ways to get car parts is to bring a companion with the mechanic skill and (pray) you get the wrecked car event from exploring. Your companion will automatically salvage a car part:

But as I remember nothing suggest what to do, and it isn't change my opinion to this trigger isn't very good because easily avoidable.
Maybe the dev can be use a scalar trigger to ensure the player to find this event.

For example, register the previous quest step completion day, and every day add 1% to its triggering chance.
Something like this (the format isn't correct, just contain meanings):

if carquestcompletionday>0 and chancetotrigger>0 and Random(1, 80)<chancetotrigger and nexstepcomplete=0
    trigger

I completely agree dude. It would be one thing if it was just a random chance event, but the extra layer of needing an NPC with a specific skill to accompany you too is waaaaaay too much. There needs to be a better way to communicate this to the player. At the very least, it would help if the dev told us how different NPC skills change the gameplay outside of their daily job assignments.

But it is just a random chance. Without a mechanic as a Companion, you can randomly find a car part, 6 bullets, a gas mask, or even a battery, when you find a wrecked police car. If you have a Mechanic as a Companion, you get a second, random chance to find a car part, battery or nothing.

It's actually a car part gas can, bullets, gas mask, a car battery, or crossbow blueprint on random chance. If you can get a car part from it, then either the odds are ridiculously low or I'm the unluckiest SOB here. Either way, the mechanic is the better way to go.

Over 200 gameday (what means appox equal or higher number of exploration run without mechanic companion) I didn't find any carpart. I did what the journal said: wait. After killed Dom, Vincent asked if my car is ready to go. So, it's explain itself, the crucial step is skipped and the conclusion is there isn't any chance to find carpart without mechanic companion.
What I did with my mechanic? I assigned her to the garage because the mechanic description said there is a chance to repair the car without carpart. But what he did is just repaired 20% of the car, and the car remained unusable.
