You have a couple options. You can play an online version from the link on the first page or download, install, and play from your pc. You may want to try the online version first, to see if you like it, and then consider downloading if you have the space, because the real porn video can take up a lot of room on your hard drive, but can give you a larger collection of additional content through mod packs.

There needs to be more ways to make guestroom people happy. I currently have 3 guys (Max relationship - as followers) with full unhappiness with no way to increase it other than to give them "Cheap necklaces" which I can't find anywhere. I can't even ask to them to use the slaves. All I can do to stop them leaving is CHEAT! Some ideas: Deep talk, Get drunk together, Boost moral with beer, Use slaves etc etc. The unhappiness degrades way to quickly for people in the guesthouse and why they can't use the slaves to boost moral seems ridiculous to me.
Try building more Guest Rooms. I think you need just over 25% more Guest rooms than you have Guests. If all you have right now are 3 guests, a 4th Guest room should fix your problem

But seriously, starting out, collect lots of wood and build up your strength. Collect enough wood to sell to Vincent who you will meet early in exploring. With the axe & increased strength you will get more wood to sell & buy food. You'll also need wood for building things later. And while the greenhouse seems like a good idea, you get more out of pimping women and spending the caps on food. I hope this gets fixed in the future with the greenhouse producing more food, but for now it is hoes over...um...hoes.
Well, you can eat a family member at the beginning of the game, so ... LOL ... but your kids would be the only real option, unless the devs introduce people from your past, which would not really make sense considering the whole apocalypse thing, but who knows.
