I do treat them well. I have been building all relations to 100, doing the work together for strength, gifting to them, washing them, etc. Stopped doing the street walking thang. And I'd love to move them to the guest house but it is filled to the brim.

So, once again, how do I raise their happiness?

Create more guest room ( build using the workbench ) then move then into it. You can only get 100% in punishment ( Submission ) and 100% in happiness max. Give them a job in jail and then reasign them to there favored job in the guest house. Build a shower for them, nursery and break up the fights they have by splitting the money they find between them. Throw a party every night if you can and train with them to get there strength up in the evenings, give them a gift(s), but most of all build build and build guest rooms and move them into it.

Get rid of the women who don't have a job skill to start with ( cook, maid, gardener, scavanger ), get rid of the old women if you want or make the unskilled women into guards or leave them out working in the same occuptaion until they acquire that skill. Always give all women a bow and knife once there in the guest house. Concentrate on 1 woman at a time, punishment starts first then happiness, try to keep there like for you to 0 ( zero ) until there submission is 100% then just do happiness over and over till you get that sweet spot.

transferring to a guest house doesn't work, the child doesn't "grow". You give it the potion and it matures there - but the game doesn't take you to the guest house and it's still 0 years old.

Any chance you got save from that exact moment? And whas that with 0.26b patch?

I have maxed on slave and guest rooms. All beds are occupied. Most have their relationship at 100%, some have submission at 100%. I've stopped sending girls to the streets since that was a negative hit on happiness, and maxed on gardeners. Showers, the shop, the nursery, etc. have all been built. Been building their strength up to 50 at present. I gift presents to boost relationships as needed.

I've slowly, as inventory allows, been handing out knives, though I'd heard that bows are useable only to hunters.

Did not know that guests and slaves could learn skills. Will keep my eye open for that.

Where is the garage？

Need to progress with Dom's questline. Later I'll add multiple ways how to get car as if you don't accept Dom's offer you won't be able to get car

Is it possible to build shop in your camp? I do not see any events. I thought it wiil be available after i help build shop in Roger's Settlement and sadly no...

You need to progress with Blair/Vincent. Then you will have option to open your own shop.

1. It takes more than one try to get growth potions to stick. They revert (and no one moves to the guest house.)
2. Blair announces a pregnancy, then ?

As for 1. There was a bug report and I noticed one more thing that might be the reason. Fixed that and will release last patch but would be great if there would be additional save files so I can retest it. Tried with one and that works now.
And 2. - As usual for other NPCs. Default child birth scene only in family tree mother is she.

Don't get me wrong but i'm starting to get sick of people here'n there bitching about a few mb too much...

Is it because people still use 200mb disks?
Or because they sit somewhere in uagadou where they have speeds below 1 mb/s?

Optimisation allows for more content for one thing and let's be honest, most of the variants in this game are barely seen as it tries to randomly pick them due to how the tags work. Same goes for others, it's a lot more obvious in ren'py etc though where the devs are leaving files in at sizes you will never see them unless you rip them out of the files due to the sizes they set them to display at.

No, no. It's not implemented yet. That's just an idea do add something similar as guests already have "throw party"

Yep. Already repoted that capture issue and will be fixed for 0.27.
As for talking with unknown person and she talks like she knows you - also already in todo list. Plan at one point if regarding personality, etc create a different talk branches


As for optimisation - You mentioned audio samples BUT right no videos are only 25% of the size.
I had idea that maybe some one time events could be replaced with webp files, instead of mp4, but for now I see that I could get maybe 50-100Mbs max on that.
I agree that game needs to be optimized but I don't see anymore where I could do that.
One would be to cut videos shorter but created a vote for supporters and they don't actually care and I'll probably stick with mp4 files with length 15-20seconds max

You do good work on this wonderful game, and the speed as far as tracking down bugs and releasing fixes is astounding.

Checked the code. No bug there. With talking you just use energy and to have capture her option you need to have 30+ energy. That's probably it.
