You need the action pack for different ethnicities, and for the party event, the race dont change because there's a chance to have with a threesome with Blair.

You need to go to the settlement and get an event when you ambush them (the event took me a while to get the 3 medals because of the low chance of appearing, so I rolled back a lot).

How do I trigger these events?

For the scenes, max out her affection for you thru wolves and medallions. Someone said it earlier but you trigger it but just going to the settlement and hope you get the random event to trigger
