In the new version, while Angela is in the pool, a new scene appears in which she begins to make advances to you. The problem is that there is no way out of it, I have to go back with the date at the top left without getting the points. Could it be a bug? I don't know if I have the corruption points to make her be so affectionate. However, I saw a scene in the kitchen and this time you could leave the scene.

Another problem I have with Angela is that when she comes home from college I don't get her excited about anything. There is a mission, mission 3, which indicates that one of the rooms must be connected but nothing comes up about it when I visit them.

Found it to be easier to just force a progression with console since the quests were stuck
For anyone who doesn't know here is an example
Sugarcube.State.active.variables.Ava.player.progression.val = 8

That's due to a bug: Replace line 1782 with this:

<<if  $Angela.player.progression.val == 7>>

There are some more bugs (check e.g. console output or status screen).
Also, the online version is not up to date.

Sorry but I´am not good with the Console , so I have to wait for a Bug Fix or for the next Version update

If I recall correctly, the mom (fortunely) doesn't have any kind of that content. The sister is the one who has a boyfriend. Personally I think the tag is incorrect, because in theory you're the one who's going to steal your sister from him. Unless the game forces to see the scenes, but was a long time already since last release that I can't recall already.

This game is probably (and unfortunely) dead anyway, since there isn't activity from the dev since May.

The uncle gets your mum to give him a bj and later fucks her. The current version is bugged though so it can't be triggered, though in old versions it could.
