Pick a hand to start with and click on it when the arrowed indicator is in the highlighted area. After that you switch to the other hand that should be highlighted in green. Repeat this process for each prompt that comes up.

Somebody know how to fix it? I can not choose any of the 3 available options and the 4-last is locked.

You have to advance some more. As to not being able to select any of the other three, its a bug and you cant select nothing to exit that interface, so you have to rollback.

you can't find it right off the bat, you gotta clean the pool, talk to them a lot, and spy on them at night, then you'll see them at the pool together and the mc goes inside for beer and says "maybe i'll find something interesting" and itll be in the office by the plant. maybe you can skip some stuff but thats when i found it
