It's literally the first thing you do. There's also a post or two somewhere on the thread if you want to change it in the console. You should look for mine (should be one of the last about this) because it's the one taken from the code.

At 15:00, talk to Daniel in school to unlock a hole on the wall of shower room behind the vending machine. After that, talk to him at the same time on school days to select options.

Update: Got it! Need to interact with them when they are alone in class at 15:00, not in the hall way.

You can trigger all the scenes about Lara & Vanessa (both are students) by talking to them in the class room at 15:00 (Vanessa on Mon, Wed, Fri and Lara at Tue, Thur), just remember to inject them with pheromones before the meeting. It only need to trigger 3 scenes each to reach max relationship with each girl. A save with full achievements is attached.
