As Boehser pointed out, the gallery is a new feature. It isn't fully locked again because it was never unlocked, since it didn't exist before. The previous achievements window in-game was replaced by this.

For now you have a button to unlock them individually or all at once, if you access the gallery via the main menu. It's not clear if that will remain in future versions or not, so use the button while you can.

There is no setting for ntr. And no, those 2 scenes are still there. It's technically sharing, not ntr, although the distinction is a tenuous one for those that don't hate ntr.

I wouldn't technically call it ntr either, but sharing/swinging/cheating/ntr all fall under that same umbrella of cuck shit I hate. Was just kind of hoping, with the Dev making ntr avoidable, that all the cuck shit would be cleaned up at some point.

That isn't achievable anymore. It's an old achievement to which the dev removed the scenes/path and didn't remove the achievement itself.
If you check my Cards/Achievements list linked in the OP, you can find the console command to get it.

Though it's not really important anymore, now that achievements are replaced with scenes for the gallery.
