Just click fast. You can only win against a few (the ones that have scenes/achievements/cards, check the list linked in the OP), for the rest of the opponents you can't win, even with an autoclicker (I know, I've tried
).

Many quests are actually linked to other quests, even if it doesn't say it anywhere. If it doesn't trigger simply from sleeping in your room a few times (I'm assuming you're at one of the "wait a few days" parts), just advance other quests until it unlocks, giving special attention to the Sharp Fangs one, since there are interactions with both Julia and Emma, so that might be part of the required trigger.
I've never bothered actually looking too deep into the quest requirements and putting them on the list because of this. Mostly it's just advancing other stuff until it unlocks.

so what i can understand from the Dev post the next two updates will revolve around the Vampires/werewolves if that's the case ill wait for both to come out to jump back in ( got Monster hunter to entertain myself ) the game runs alot more smoothly now then it once did i have to tip my hat to the dev for all the hard work he's put into the game the music sound and stories have all continued to keep me wanting more
