The quote does not refer to the new VN. It's just a statement in general. Meaning there is more stuff with Vel in the future, just not in this VN.

Hmm... But the tags are for the files posted HERE, and not for some payed version on another location. Don't get me wrong, I am not against any payed version, but if the version here is not uncensored, than it does not deserve that tag. Simple really...
