It will be a while. Things are really busy at my job right now and we are doing a lot of work on our SHiP, hope to have some updates about that game around the end of the month.
So I do not because they have banned NSFW content due to the credit card stuff so I never bothered. but you can on itch.io download one of the games there as they are 'name your price' and just send however much money would like to tip.

This had such huge potential to be one of the best (all girl, lesbian-harem, lesbian-incest) erotic visual novels, but ultimately the entire experience is ruined by the inclusion of cocks (and for me personally, strap-on and dildos). I honestly don't have an offer in mind because I don't know how much of a dev and art design lift this would entail for you/your team.
Do you have a set rate for commission work of this type?
Commissions are different. I would probably do any basic commission for $25 Then say $50 for the more wild commissions. But what you are asking is for rewriting my entire story and creating parallel scenes for each sex scene that would have been futa then making a non futa version. This is increasing my work load for each update by 4 to 5 X which if you think the updates are slow now...

What kind of interest from the community would you find sufficient to consider undertaking this endeavor? Would you expect this interest to translate into monetary value (Patreon subs, Itch.io contributions, etc.), or would you be open to making these changes pro bono, purely as a creative outlet in response to the community's requests?
I'm just curious. If it's the former, depending on the amount, I might consider funding this myself. However, if it's out of my budget then perhaps some sort of crowdfunding effort could be organized, that's if people are actually interested, of course.
I make the games that I want to make and play. That being said if people don't enjoy playing them it is not as fun to make them. However people complain all the time about everything. Go through this thread alone you will find people complaining there are too many fetishes, people complaining there aren't enough, people saying they want guys involved, people saying they don't. People saying the choices don't mean anything, people complaining that they made the wrong choice and don't like what happened.
For every comment about someone saying they liked something about my game there are two people saying they don't like it. As such I just ignore it. But if people like the game enough they are willing to support money to me then I will seriously listen to any criticism they have as it is genuine and said from a place of wanting to make something they like better not just complaining about something because they feel they have to complain.
So I do not have any kind of threshold in my mind of what would tip the scales. But on patreon right now there is a survey with nearly 400 votes and less than 10% say they do not like futa. If that was say 45% yeah I would probably think about making a duel option. If it was 65% I would probably think about scaling it back a little all together.

Since it's very unlikely there will be enough community requests to sway your decision, would you still consider making an alternative path for the game if the project is funded? But then again, if your heart is not in it when doing it strictly for financial gain then the quality might suffer as the result.

A lot of it would have to do with making it work in the story. depending on how easy that turned out to be would then determine how much it would take to make the alternative. But I'll think about it and get back to you.

So joining the convo here, adding a non-futa option would be more work for you yes but to argue another point of view I would say how much more of this game do you intend to make? do you intend to make say less than 5-10 more updates? then a non-futa option may be an option worth looking into just to have it as similar to how I dislike the dog route but you still have it in game and I would never say remove it because I dont like it, on the other hand if you plan on say 12-20+ more updates over the years then yeah a non-futa route would be a heavy investment on that work load, In the end I love what you have done with this game so far (dog route not with standing) and I like the Mass Effect Comic you are doing and looking forward to the "Main" project whenever you are releasing that, so keep up the great work you definitely tickle my top fetish's
