Its flagged cause its an AI generated translation so the en.exe has AI traces on it, that is detected by ShitDefender, but doesn't mean its a Virus.

Despite the "interracial" tag on the game, the original japanese write up on dlsite does not mention black people at all. In games which specifically target the BMAF fetish it is always explicitly stated, so the fact it is not there suggests that MC is canonically not a foreigner.
I think the dark skin is just to show how the low class/working class the MC is compared to the girls, to highlight the corruption and disgusting sex acts that the the beautiful light skin schoolgirls have to endure in the "secret school culture festival".
Another thing that is lost in translation is the name of the school - "泡姫学園" (Awahime gakuen) literally means "Bubble Princess School", but "awahime" is a nickname for girls who work at Soapland brothels. Although the "A-ri-e-ru" (Ariel) katakana ruby characters are in the japanese title screen, so it is not completely wrong to call it "Ariel Academy"

Thank you for being informative without being defensive about skin color. Tbf I was prepared to get roasted by SJW because I was wondering whether it's UB just because it has black skin LOL (although I don't mean it like that). It's just pretty common in doujin and H-games to make UB has dark skin to contrast the white skinned heroine they defiled like what you said. So it's hard not to make an assumption.

Japanese games are made by japanese authors for the japanese market, and therefore work on the common assumptions about the country being purely japanese culturally. Across the whole country people with black heritage are very rare (less than 0.1% of population, although the proportion would be higher in tokyo/osaka) so are just not considered at all when creating a story unless there for a specific reason.
In the realm of "ecchi manga/games culture" (lol) the possibility of a random MC being canonically black is unheard of, unless it is genre stuff that specifically caters to Black Male-Japanese Female fetish. That genre does exist but is not very common, and just like most of the BBC western porn, it is catering to the fetish of cuckolding or wanting "pure" light skinned girls to be forced into unpleasant/impure acts (implication being that black men are subhuman).
However using "dirty/dark skinned japanese" as a shorthand for ugly bastard / manual laborer / working class unrefined man is a very common trope.
